Athletic
Development

Athleticism is trainable. We develop speed, agility, coordination, and age-appropriate strength so young athletes move well, get strong, stay durable, and play with confidence in whichever sport they choose.

Faster. Stronger. More Coordinated. More Durable.

Our athletic development program combines speed, agility, and movement skill work with progressive, age-appropriate strength training — taught through drills, testing, and measurable progress.

Signature Program

Speed, Agility & Movement Skills

Athletic Development is a structured, progressive system for athletes ages 7–18 who want to become faster, quicker, more coordinated, and stronger. It is not sport-specific — it builds the athletic base underneath every sport, with training loads matched to each athlete's stage of development.

Athletes are trained through movement prep, sprint mechanics, agility drills, jump technique, and bodyweight to loaded strength progressions — with baseline testing, re-testing, and graded form on every rep so progress is measured and safe.

Program Focus

Movement quality before load. Load before speed. Speed before competition. Build the athlete before the specialist.

What We Train

Six Athletic Qualities

Acceleration & Speed

First-step quickness, sprint mechanics, and top-end speed built through progressive drills.

Agility & Coordination

Change of direction, deceleration, balance, and body control at speed.

Strength

Age-appropriate push, pull, squat, hinge, and carry progressions with coach-led form checks.

Mobility & Stability

Hip, ankle, and shoulder mobility plus core stability to protect joints and prevent injury.

Power & Conditioning

Plyometrics, med-ball work, and age-appropriate work capacity that converts strength into usable power.

Testing & Tracking

Baseline and re-test data so athletes see real, measurable progress in their numbers.

Who It Serves

Young Athletes Ages 7–18

Multi-sport and single-sport youth athletes who want to get faster, stronger, move better, and reduce injury risk. No prior training or weight room experience required — every athlete starts at the level their body is ready for.

What It Provides

Speed, Strength & Durability

  • Sprint mechanics and acceleration work
  • Change of direction and reactive agility
  • Jump technique and landing mechanics
  • Bodyweight to loaded strength progressions
  • Mobility, flexibility, and core stability
  • Plyometric and power development
  • Baseline testing and re-testing
  • Injury-prevention movement habits
  • Small-group coaching with real feedback
  • Character and accountability talks
When It Happens

Year-Round & Off-Season

Sessions run in small groups year-round — alongside sport seasons with reduced loads during competition weeks, and in focused blocks through the off-season. Testing happens at the start and end of each cycle. Check the schedule for current session days and locations.

How to Join

Registration Steps

1
Register Interest

Contact us and let us know you are interested in Athletic Development.

2
Assessment & Baseline Testing

A coach screens movement quality and tests speed, agility, and jump so training starts from real numbers.

3
Submit Forms

Complete registration, medical, and media release forms before the first session.

4
Start Training

Join your small group and begin the four-phase development cycle.

What Outcome It Creates

Measurable Athletic Growth

  • Faster sprint times and quicker first-step movement
  • Measurable gains in strength and movement quality
  • Better body control and confidence in any sport
  • Documented progress from baseline to re-test
  • Lower injury risk through better mechanics and stability
  • Discipline and accountability that carry beyond athletics
Development Cycle

4-Phase Training Cycle

Phase 1

Assess

Baseline testing in speed, agility, and jump, plus a movement screen — so every athlete trains against their own numbers, not someone else's.

Phase 2

Build

Movement quality, mobility, core stability, and bodyweight to loaded strength progressions that raise the athletic floor.

Phase 3

Express

Plyometrics, top-end speed, change of direction, and reactive agility applied under real sport conditions.

Phase 4

Re-Test

Athletes are re-tested and measured against their baseline. Progress is proven, not assumed.

Training Standards

Non-Negotiable
Standards

  • Form first — never add load to bad mechanics.
  • Every session starts with a movement prep — no skipping warm-ups.
  • Technique is graded before intensity is added.
  • Acceleration, top speed, and change of direction are trained separately.
  • Athletes compete against their own baseline first.
  • Age-appropriate loads only. No shortcuts, no maxing out.
  • Report pain immediately — no athlete trains through injury.

Safety Standards

  • Background-checked and trained coaches and volunteers.
  • Proper warm-up and cool-down protocols every session.
  • Age-appropriate loads and progressions — never maxing out.
  • Hydration and weather safety guidelines enforced.
  • First aid readiness and emergency contact information on file.
  • Safe programming standards across all lifts, drills, and surfaces.
